Down about 10 lbs. So excited. I need to start exercising tho. That is sooo important. I need to make it a priority! Always something getting in the way!

I have just been trying to eat better. Eat less, eat less goodies and snacks. I started a fasting/detox program yesterday that includes protein shakes, fruits, vegetables, lentils, brown or wild rice, and supplements. I will do this for 1 week and then I will start adding small portions of lean protein, like 3oz of chicken or fish. Going to be a little difficult because life revolves around food. Driving by restaurants and having to feed my son is painful, lol. I bought him some Wendy's and I wanted to lick the bag! Then I had to go to a birthday party and just drink my water. Sigh....but it's all worth it if I can get to a normal weight.

Holy crap, I didn't realize I was consuming so many calories. I need to make better choices. Mooooo. More veggies and fruits.
