I haven't used that secret in many years. I've been using carp manager. my weight really hasn't moved much in the past few weeks. when Bill and I went to Virginia I did not keto and my weight went up. must stop my wines at night, and must get on the yoga train.

slept almost 12 hours last night, that's a long time but I feel very good about it.my weight is up a little bit but I feel bloated today. I go to see the chiropractor today. I think my back is doing well. yesterday was almost 4,500 steps. although I took Advil twice yesterday I still feel I'm doing well. so much better than the past two to three months. I'm journaling my foods and my carbs, this is all a good thing. if I can just stay active I think I can achieve good things.

today I did sciatica floor exercises, arm band exercises, silver sneaker arm exercises and stationary bike. I'm tired 😊
