Bulked during powerlifting, but injured my back. Now I'm focusing on cutting and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Will work on the recomp when I hit about 195, and then reassess my goals.

New Friends Thread
Post here if you'd like a support group and new friends to add. I'm totally new here, and would love to get to know you guys.
I'm Abe, 24, and focusing on a low carb/high fat diet with martial arts for exercise. I tend to be an adrenaline junkie, but I'm terrified of heights. Doesn't make any sense.
