Good afternoon - so, I really like having a popsicle as a quick sweet snack. But, I noticed of course that what you buy in the store has some bad ingredients. So I am going to arrempt to make my own:
I ordered some realtively cheap popsicle molds from Amazon
I ordered some very interesting concentrated natural flavors from Bakto-Flavors
(first ingredient listed is grain alcohol, so even if tastes bad it's ok :)
And I found a bunch of simple recipes on-line
If you have any tips before I make my first attempt, let me know

Hope everyone is doing fine. Treated myself to Cajun pan-seared catfish, grilled asparagus and mashed butternut squash. Mountainman: this is the real deal!!

No counting calories today or tracking food -just don't feel like it. I will be back tomorrow - have been eating well though . Funny, how we just get like a little kid - I don't wanna - got to laugh at yourself, sometimes. 😂

Happy Saturday, if that is what today is :)
Quick dinner - used leftovers: Pan seared chicken coated with pork rinds over a bed of zoodles with butter, hot paprika, lemon pepper and salt. And, on the side some simple fresh tomato/cucumber spritzed with EVO & black pepper.
After working in the garage fighting wallboard this afternoon, this was a pleasant reward.

Hello all:
Tasty dinner. Pan fried chicken tenders two ways. One, with lemon pepper and crushed pork rinds to cut down on the carbs. And the other, old fashioned Cajun. Teamed it up with sauteed fresh green beans and some tomato/onion salad sprayed with olive oil.
Enjoy the weekend, as best as you can :)
