Trying to get back on track. Cooked a salmon and shredded it and made patties. Served it with Sriracha sauce.

Hello, I decided to make crusted salmon( brown sugar, chili powder, italian season, garlic powder) with bulgur wheat topped with feta, and green beans topped with parmesan.
It was great and filling

Hello everyone:
I had another great experience with my air fryer - this is the second recipe. I made large garlic/butter shrimp, bulgur wheat with sauteed cherry tomatoes and feta and sliced cucumbers. It was delicious!
