Whey Protein?
Also using 100% whey protein isolate - mostly only after a solid workout to build muscle.
I've spoken to a lot of people and results always vary. Most often you gain lean muscle and your overall weight may not change but your appearance will.

Whey Protein?
Definitely noticing a huge difference with the Whey Protein Isolate which I have after a work out!
I make protein balls; or drink small amounts throughout the day when I'm lacking energy and when I'm craving those sweet things! Smile
