Did well eating today, but still need to kick it into gear with exercise.
Also need to remember to eat consistently and not wait too long between meals, it makes me cranky and tired! :)

Back at it again. Gained over the past month, so much to do and I didn't meet the challenge well. I just didn't put my diet and exercise first when I should have.
Getting my diet on track this week, I hope to exercise as well soon.
Summer vacations continue to be a problem I have to figure a good solution for. Family activities gobble up my time and energy, when its time for a run for my workout, I'm beat.
When its time to eat s'mores or have a drink around the campfire I'm a dud if I say no.
If only there was a magic bullet to solve all of these dilemmas :)
But!~ I must keep trying. There is no happiness like *fit* happiness. Not skinny happiness, just fit happiness. That's where I'm aimed to go.

Doing pretty well with my diet as of late.
Going to the inlaws house was hard, they might be vegan, but they cook with far more oil and nut based fats than my diet can handle and they eat LOTS of carbs and very little protein. Again, not conducive to what works for my bodies weight loss. I need a good 30-40-30 kind of balance.
Oh well, I did alright, the best I could, and have been enjoying aggressive but positive workouts since we got back.
Summer is so tough, as we're camping for a week and a half starting next week. I can maybe maintain my weight during a campout but losing on a camp out is going to be next to impossible.
I guess I should not have gained the weight in the first place. Then I wouldn't be having such a struggle losing it! :)
The 160lb mark is really a tough one for me, always. My body just wants to hang on to these extra 20 lbs!!!!
Will keep pushing through. I'm really enjoying my improving fitness level. That is the positive that's keeping me going right now, despite the slow moving scale.
