Gained weight again. Too many brats and s'mores around the campfire, too many days doing everything BUT working out. Boo.
Haven't weighed in to see just what my gain is. I'm not sure if I want to right now.
Having not exercised regularly since June, and eaten carelessly, I know my gain is substantial, and fear weighing in will just discourage me.
For the time being my goal is to get back in shape. I'll give myself 2 weeks to get back in the saddle, both strength training and jogging regularly.
Then, I'll weigh in and see how bad the damage is.
Sore as I am today after just starting yesterday, I'm afraid the scale could totally defeat me right now! :{
