Here we go again. This time I am determined to be sucessful!!!! I have learned alot these last few months about weight lose. Now we just have to put them to use. I did my menu for today and I need to burn 4,606 calories to make my 1 lbs/ day goal. Wish me luck!!!!

So I made veggie soup last night and when I woke up this morning My whole house stunk so bad. So needless to say I was very nervous about the soup. So I was packing my lunch and my husband said arent you at least going to try it before you pack it for lunch. It smells gross. I just told him I did not have time and cont. to make my lunch. So he asked what if it is nasty then what will you eat? I told him "the soup. I look at it like this... if it is nasty i dont have time to make something else so i would rather not know. because if I know it is nasty then I will take extra $ and go buy some junk for lunch and that throws off my diet and all this work would be for nothing. If I have no $ to buy something for lunch then I cant cheat. I will have to eat the nasty soup, but I would have stuck to the diet and will not feel guilty later. DETERMINATION!!!! that is what will get me through!! :D
Oh and the soup, well it turned out great suprisingly. I will actually make it agin. I will just be sure to open the windows next time.
