Thinking of switching diets... what's ur recommendation?
I totally agree you have to change your life and commit. Have you thought about getting a trainer? A trainer would be able to let you know the right exercise to do for yor body type and help you to reach your goal. You have already changed your lifestyle to fit one diet, why do that again when it could be that you are just not doing the correct exercise for your body type.

missing meals
I m on the Fat Smash Diet. I missed a meal today by about an hour 1/2 and was wonderig if it is better to wait until your next meal time to eat or eat right when you relize you missed the time.
