I'm out of town on a business trip this week. My goal is to eat healthy and maintain my weight loss of two pounds.

Diet followed reasonably well

Today is my 4th day logging my food intake. I plan on weighing in on Friday morning. I'm still loving this site and the easy way I log/scan my food. :)

Today is my second day toward a healthy eating habit. It is difficult today..... It's only 11:20 a.m. and I'm constantly thinking about all the sweet things that I Can't have. So, I'm just going to read Brad Thor's latest thriller and get my mind off food. :)

I'm loving this Fatsecret site and using the Calorie Counter app on my Droid. I used the bar scanner to enter my breakfast items, and it was so easy - Even a Caveman could do!!!!! Did I say that? Well, yes I did :)
I'm planning on using my treadmill today and will use the Cardio Tracker App.
