Having some really long days at the office. Went over my personal calorie limit for most days but lost a pound. My week returns to normal again.

I've returned from my business trip, and I can gladly say that I maintained my weight during this trip. I didn't over indulge with my eating, but I didn't count calories either. I just tried to eat healthy and not too much of any one thing. I did drink mostly water with some lemon and splenda added.
I'm back on my calorie counting routine this week. :)

On business travel this week. Not enough time to do anything but work. I'll resume all my "log ins" when I return home. So far, I'm eating pretty healthy. So, hopefully I'll maintain my weight this week :)
