I'm in a office job where i sit mostly.I use to cycle from work home which is 25km a day sometime 50km a day but was involved in a Bike/car accident on the 11 Feb 16. I just returned to work from sick leave(1/6/16) as i had to have operation to fix broken bone.I had 6 fracture and wish to lose a bit of weight and get back to cycling asap
