I am ready to be healthy. I have a weight goal 170, but my main focus is on moving towards optimal health. For me that means that not only do the numbers look right to the doctors, but that I can do my yard work with out feeling winded, enjoy a hike in the mountains in some fairly steep terrain and keep up with the 20 somethings.
I am willing to be accountable and am looking for people who want to support each other in getting healthier.
