Soo this surprises me! I honestly thought I'd be back up where I started those few weeks ago. Not that I've made that much progress but still, that's 1.3 kg i don't have to lose again. Actually the scale gave me 131.7 and 131.4, but i'm going with the heaviest just to be sure.
So this gives me hope for the next few weeks. I now weightloss is tiring, and slow, but I hope to get a good kickstart at least.

Hola,
I haven't weighed in in two weeks. Bad me. But mondays are my weight-in days so i'll wait for tomorrow night. I'm scared though. What with exams i haven't really had much exercise cause i was studying all the time. And the stress made me eat a lot. (I'm realizing i'm a stress eater, beside every other knd of eater that i am). Plus the knee. Which is doing a looooot better thankfully. I can walk around again without crutches. It's still uncomfortable and not as flexible,cause there's still some fluid in there. And the lack of exercise and the injury combined has my feet swelling up at the end of the day. Which is not good. But i can still see improvement everyday,so i'm still hopeful things will sort themselves out. If i don't see obvious improvement once i get to exercising, i'll go visit my physiotherapist.
Tomorrow is my last exam,and then i have 3 weeks of class-free freedom before i have the final exams of this year. so to me that's looking a lot like three weeks of a healthy exercise-study balance.
I'm thinking of starting with cycling, cause it doesn't put as much pressure on my knee but will help to get the blood flowing and getting rid of the excessive fluids. Also I want to do some walks, nothing too strenuous, but to get everything flowing and getting a bit of my stamina back. For the rest, I have some freeweights at home, so i'll make sure to plan in time in my day to work with those as well. I'm giving myself 3 weeks to get to a routine.
So: tomorrow evening a much dreaded weigh-in and after that i'm starting with structured exercise.

My knee is a lot better thankfully. I can walk around again. Well, more like shuffeling around. I still have a bad limp and when I get up after sitting it's pretty stiff for a few minutes. But I'm seeing approvement everyday so that's good. I kept eating to a minimum while I was sitting still for a few days and then a bit more as I was walking around. I weighted myself two days ago. The scale wasn't as accurate, but the lowest weight it indicated was 130.6 and the highest was 131.6 kg. In between my sisters birthday happened and I can see it in the numbers. I'm back up at 132.6 kg. So I'm going to try best to keep eating a minimum again. That doesn't mean i'm starving myself by the way. Just that i try to keep with the two fruits,a glass of milkproduct, an egg or some nuts and a slice of bread here and there.For during the day. And for dinner I'm trying to focus on the veggies as a main course instead of pasta or rice. It actually worked pretty well last week, it keeps me from overeating carbs. I eat my veggies,then my carbs and then another round of veggies instead of the other way around.
Soo up to a new week.I'm totally stressed for exams next week. I have 5 in 3 days :'( but besides that i'm feeling good and optimistic.

My scale was out of battery and yesterday I sprained my knee real bad. I can't walk right now, and am on pills. It hurts like a mofo and I'm incredibly irritated that I can't even get up from the toilet by myself. I feel like a cripple 80 y/o :{ I hope it gets better this weekend, so I'm at least able to get up on my own, and that the pain lessens a bit.
I'm not really eating much atm. I'm not that hungry (probably cause i'm sitting on me arse all day) and not to have the bathroom hassle every couple of hours.
We'll see how it goes. But I hope it gets better soon because these are some embarrassing moments. :(
So I gotta get better and get new batteries and I'll be weighing in again.
