i have found that iot helps to remember that people, for the most part, do not expect perfection. that being said, im going to try and go until christmas without eating sugar, to reset my palate. i will allow myself one really nice desert, split with someone, a week. im also going to limit myself to one really nice coffee a week. i need to redevelop my palate for healthy, light food.
