Attended my first Weight Watchers meeting today. Didn't die. Was pleasantly surprised that their scale weighed me at the same WITH CLOTHES as my scale at home weighed me naked. Which means: I weigh a little bit less than my scale at home is willing to show me!
Anyway, I'm really glad the meeting is done. I went. I did it. I've bought a monthly pass and will go to at least 4 meetings (1 month) to see how I do, and if my progress is more significant now that I'm attending meetings. We'll see!

Going to an actual Weight Watchers meeting tomorrow-- my first one ever. What do I have to lose, besides a few bucks? I'm looking forward to getting some updated WW materials, too.

Thanks, guys. Skitz, I'm aiming to lose weight in FIVE pound increments. I haven't even lost 5 pounds in 6 weeks. Lame.
Yes, I know I could try HARDER. . . I think we can ALWAYS try harder, but if I'm honest with myself, I am trying pretty darn hard. Yes, I've had some bad days, but compared to how I was eating PRIOR to January, I have drastically altered my diet and upped my exercise. It just doesn't seem to make sense that the scale will not move. Ugh.
I won't give up, because if I do, I'll be even more miserable.

Yesterday was a "black day". Just down about everything. Only good thing was that I stuck to exactly 24 points and drank all my water. But of course, I am STILL not down, not even an ounce today. I am getting very frustrated. My gym membership is up for renewal and I'm seriously considering not renewing it. It's not doing me any good, except maybe to help me stay the SAME weight, which I can probably do by exercising around home and walking now that the weather is starting to break. BLAH.

No loss again this week, but I haven't exercised much with the kids being home on vacation. Oh well.
