I had a 3 pound weight loss at today's meeting. I'm thrilled, of course, but it
ONLY happened because out of SHEER DESPERATION
, I ate virtually nothing yesterday.
I intended to shock my body into a loss, and I did. I now have to hope that with vigilance this week, the loss won't be temporary, and I'll be able to keep things moving in a downward direction. I hope so!!!!

Not doing well mentally, at all. I have been 100% faithful to WW this week, and that's saying a LOT for me. I have stayed within my points. I have exercised every day. I even worried yesterday that I hadn't eaten enough of my flex points, so I ate 7 of them. Mid-day, not even late at night.
Today, the scale shows a 1 pound gain. Now I know it's not a true gain, but tomorrow is WI, and if they show me as gaining weight I am going to freak out. There's just NO good reason for it. It's not TOM.
I need to vent and this is the place I'm going to do it. Don't feel as though you have to respond with motivational advice-- there really isn't any. I'm doing everything right and I'm not losing weight. I have been 210 for over a MONTH now.

Religiously tracking target points and flex points. Have done OK with exercise. Could have done more, but I'm doing all I'm able to do right now. Scale hasn't moved yet. Hopeful that something will budge by WI on Wednesday, because if it doesn't, it will have been ONE SOLID month at this weight.
