Today is sunny and gorgeous. Bright colorful leaves everywhere. Will take a good walk. NO to H-ween candy,even tho we have 5# in the house. Made popcorn already. The little black kitty wants to go out and see the festivities but I can't let her. She may became part of the party animal parade. Mew! Myap! She is talking. Did a good job of avoiding Sunday church treats this am. Three kinds of cake/breads,doughnut holes,fancy cupcakes,and grapes----those were my choices..I was good. Hope it lasts.

It has been almost 3 months of terrible choices in food and LOOK where I am. I have returned back to WWmtgs and to writing my points for every thing. This is disgusting. I want to be 140 by next Fall for my HS reunion. Good goal and very doable. I will choose fish and chicken most days and increase my veggies. At a restaurant I tell them to serve salad or extra veggies instead of bread and potatoes. Popcorn is my friend.Thankfully I sleep a little better most of the time so have MUCH better will power over food. Tired equals poor choices. I will make the gym my priority Mon,Tues,Thurs, Fri,and Sat. Walks will be brisk and often,rain or shine. Gotta do this!!!!
