A First.
I checked the calorie content of a food,
BEFORE eating it...actually it was a beverage.
Liquids are the bulk of my calories.

Started a challenge for logging food for two weeks.
It will be a first for me when I complete the challenge.
My usual M.O is log my food for 5 days then fall off the wagon.
Stop logging food. Gain a 2 pounds...back to square one. You can look at my history and tell it is not working.
I want to win.
Now is the time to do what it takes
To win.
Simple own up to what I put in my mouth.
