Well its day 2 of my diet and a little hard watching my husband eat my favorite girl scout cookies. But I'm trying really hard to resist that wonderful temptation. I really need coffee .......

It's really hard losing weight being in the truck . My husband and I run team so the truck is always moving. No exercise and no healthy foods in the truck stops but I'm trying to cook more in the truck. We will see.
