Had a few weak moments over the weekend. Renos at the house and some struggle with the little one are causing major stress! I've been good so far this week and I'm going to give it 100% effort for the next 2 days. We're going away for the weekend and I want to allow myself some indulgences w/o feeling too guilty.
p.s. note to self. you need to buy a new scale.

My 2yo son has been so challenging this week, it has been very stressful for us. This morning was another doozy. But instead of falling back into old habits, I stuck to my plan and ate good. I am trying to remind myself that I want to be healthy and happy for both of my boys and eating junk doesn't make the hard days any easier and it doesn't erase any stress (it doesn't give me back any sleep for that matter either).
Well, motherhood is a long journey, just like weight loss. 2 days in and so far, so good!

I did something good for me today! I signed up on this site and I even made a few buddies already. We had a tough morning getting out the door for work and this afternoon will be hard with both kids to the doctor. Just the kind of day that I usually neglect myself except for taking the time to walk to the store to get a chocolate bar. But today, I ate a 90 calorie snack and I recorded a food journal. I haven't done that in ... a long time! I didn't get to dry my hair this morning or even have 5 minutes to myself, but hey, i'm back on track and that's a start!
