Hi everyone, my name is Nicole and I am 32 years old. I have struggled with my weight since I was about 16. I have tried numerous ways to lose weight including medical weight loss and weight watchers. I would lose weight but then gain even more back :( At my biggest I was about 310 lbs and that was after my 3rd child. I went to doctor and got the lap band procedure done but am still struggling with my weight. I just want to get the weight off and achieve my goal. Since the beginning of march I have been actively trying again. I have been going to gym regularly and started counting calories. I know I can do this I just go to keep going and remember everyday is a new day. :)

How long do you all work out for?
Hey guys how long do you work out for. Right now I work out for about 45 min to an hour. I do at least a little bit of cardio at least 4-5 days a week. I do circuit training about 3 days a week for 30 min. Just curious if I am going long enough or should I up the time. Thanks for you replys and adivce its much appreciated Very Happy

Thanks guys I'm just trying to figure this all out so I keep my motivation and not feel so bad. When I go to gym I feel amazing and accomplished. I just don't want to destroy that feeling. Thanks for the tips about nutrient dense foods I will for sure try that. Snacks are my weakness lol

exercise....morning? night?
Hi everyone, I'm curious to when you guys exercise. Do you go in morning or at night? I have been going at night which is nice because the gym is not as busy. However, the last couple nights have been rough for me because of my snacking. I was curious to see if you guys find it easier to stick to calories if you exercise in am rather than pm. When I go over calories I feel guilty and ashamed and then its hard to get motivation to go to gym at all. Need help or some tips....please and thank you Smile
