It has been a week, "counting calories". After doing well for the first few days, I have come to a plateau at 127.4.. which I am not too unhappy with. Ocassional slip ups. Got hungry and ate a Ramen like noodles. It was 345 Cal. Horror!! :( . Anyhow, mostly eating less and losing upto 500 on a stationary bike at 40mins. Thats it. I CAN NOT do more than this. At this point. Will have to check out other stuffs like zumba or bollywood dance songs in addition to my routine biking.
