Gained weight while in Florida, lowest weight reached before trip on june 8 was 148. was in size ten very well not tight at all. ate donut hole at least 3-4 times a week, ate pizza, burgers, due to all the rain for 4 weeks 4only got to kayak 4 times and did not ride bikes at all. walked maybe 5 times during whole time. have struggled with losing weight since getting back. had been depressed and ate and gained about 18 pounds. heighest weight was 172 but when came back from trip was 165. gained and lost but now at 163 and i am on day 2 of the 7 day grapefruit diet. trying to get to 145 and stay there
