Today I did pretty good. I ate mostly healthy foods. My slip up was a ham and cheese hot pocket. I also drank half of a diet Soda which is bad for my liver. For exercise I helped landscape at the college. The students there sure aren't much on volunteering. There were only three of us. We still have about 150 bulbs left to plant. I'm thinking it will take us a couple more hours. I'm off to study for my finals now. Two more weeks and then I have the whole summer to do whatever I want! Booya!

Today I ate a bowl of Raisin bran for breakfast. For lunch I had a cucumber salad, some strawberries, and strawberry yogurt for dessert. The day would have gone perfect if I had not drank a 44oz slushie from Sonic.

I went grocery shopping today. I bought lots of fruit and vegetables. I am hoping to get a healthy start this week and rework my diet so that I am eating more healthy foods.
