-600kcals max for overall calories intake
-drink more water/tea
-reduce stress (lay on the blocks for 15 mins before bed)
-exercise: 30 sec sprints, 30 min walk, pushups, 5 min yoga stretch

Reduced carbs by 36g and calories by 400 kcals but fat increased by 30g.

I reduced the overall
carbs
down
40g
and
protein
by
20g
but
fat
went up
20g
.
Have to reduce Carbs by another 20g, I got this! I will do it!
I should be walking more but the weather was AWEFUL yesterday, pouring rain or sunny. It was like Mother Nature was PMSing and couldn't make up her mind to be sad or happy! lol
It's sunny now so I'm taking my mom and Austin for a walk. Hangout with mommy and walk my dog at the same time, and she can't spend any money!

Lost only 0.2 oz since yesterday morning BUT it's still a loss. I was so hungry yesterday evening I'm so glad I didn't give in to my fat evil twin.
