Losing 2 pounds was definitely a surprise. I cheated big time Friday and Monday for special occasions and didn't get any exercise because of my sprained ankle...
I just can't let this last week be an excuse to cheat at other times!

So, I lost almost a full inch off my waist in the last week - but I
gained
2 pounds. How does that make sense?! It would if I had done lots of weight training or something, but I only lifted once last week.
I guess it's not too big of a deal, because the waist inches are what's important to me anyway...
