I got back this evening from a few days of fun. Made the decision to enjoy the food offered. I don't feel guilty about the things I ate. It's behind me. Tomorrow I start clean and I'm back on track.
Funny thing is... the food was good, but I could have done without it. I think I would have been fine without it. In that past I would have inhaled the sweets and wanted more. This time, I ate some and then gave it to my daughter. I didn't need it and felt satisfied with just a taste. Very odd.

My weight loss has slowed down, but I've been eating Atkins bars. I realize that they probably are to blame. Tomorrow I leave for Lifest and will need to survive surrounded by delicious, high carb fair food. I'm bringing my own food and should be ok. Will power, don't fail me now!

Loving this first week of induction. I'm losing weight and that boosts my self esteem. The only negative is my bad breath.
