I have been overweight my entire adult life. As I approach 40, I'm becoming concerned about my health. I am pre-diabetic, very out of shape, and have a double chin. Enough! I have a 6 year old daughter and want to be around to see my grand babies someday.
I tried both weight watchers and Atkins this past winter. I had some success but fell into an emotional eating binge. Not pretty. All the hard work I did this winter quickly disappeared. I am now brushing myself off and restarting my weight loss journey.
I am determined to make this work. Determined to be at a healthy weight. Determined to feel good about myself. I can do this!
Beginning Weight: 250 lbs
Goal #1 - 230 lbs (haven't seen in 4 years)
Goal #2 - 200 lbs (50 pounds gone!)
Goal #3 - 175 lbs (eligible for disability insurance)
Goal #4 - 150 lbs (my ultimate goal)
