Today is my third day and I haven't cheated yet. I had a lemon meringue jello desert tonight and looked up the calories and it was 80 calories and had 1.5g fat. If I plan my meals I do much better. I tend to eat the BFL way and try to eat 5-6 meals a day. I'm not exercising much because I am in school and trying to find that balance between family, school, and everything in between right now. My sister and I did BFL in 2006 and actually entered the contest. We got a certificate for finishing in the top ten, but unfortunately we didn't get picked. Our picture was on the BFL website for a couple of years. We haven't completely fallen off the band wagon in the seven years since then, but a few pounds have crept back on and we're both committed to staying in shape, especially since we'll be turning 40 this year.
