Starting my weight loss journey yet again. I'll be really good and dedicated for awhile, and then I go off. This time, it's a lifetime goal! I'm 49 now (as of December 2017) and it's way past time to lose the weight and get healthy. I've had doctor after doctor tell me I need to lose weight. This time I'm actually going to listen. I looked at myself and how much I weigh and realized I could fit two of me in this one body, and that is not acceptable. Wish me luck on this journey! Time to get healthy! ...
