Day 2 without my beloved sunflower seeds at my desk. When I logged them, it came out to 380 calories a day just sitting at my desk mindlessly munching sunflower seeds (in the shell no less!). So...if I go a whole week without, it *should* count for a pound or two right? I miss them, but my keyboard is staying a lot cleaner!
