That's it! I'm OFF the Paleo band wagon. I just can't believe on a gut leven that legumes are bad for you. And I can't believe that eating all these "good" fats aren't contributing to my weight gain. From now on I'm on "murrajes's own diet". I know what's good for me. I won't eat stuff from packages but I can't be so restrictive either.
