I was not happy with this weeks results as i only lost in grams and not the 1 kilo like i wanted.
Hope next week is better,but atleast my weight is going down and not up again.
Slowly does it.

I am itching to put new lower weight down ,but will wait till next weigh in next Wednesday.
Still doing fairly well with sticking to 1200 calories,even though i have had a bad week medical wise.
I enjoy a glass of diet sars every couple of days to stop me wanting soft drink and it helps.

Weigh in day today for me.I have had a great week with sticking to my 1200 calories or just over.
Results showed on scale,hope to continue going lower on the scales from now on.
Wanting to get to 70kgs by end of July.

Stayed on track another day and am feeling great,cant wait to weigh in next week.
I think the key to my success the past few days is not to have junk food in my house at all,even for others.I just cant stop at one biscuit or one piece of chocolate as i love the taste and by the time i know it,i have eaten a whole pack to myself and feeling terrible.

Have stayed on track with 1200 cals for two days,i am now in the right head space and look forward to recording a lower weight next week
