I have definitely hit the plateau of weight loss...it seems that I'm stuck in the 135 area and can't get away from it. That's alright though. I'll get there. I did stop recording my food in there though mainly because it takes forever and I religiously add up every calorie I take in - in my head. Skipping the food entries just saves me more time and I know for a fact that I'm not going over my calorie limit. I'm crazy good at remembering numbers.

I'm finding it very hard to get any lower than 135. I've been up and down all week. I have 12 pounds to go...just 12 pounds...lets kick it in fricken gear already.

Well, Christmas is taking it's tole on me...I still have plenty of time to lose weight, but the two and a half holiday pounds I gained kinda sucks.

For some odd reason...beer makes me skinnier. I can go out and drink beer all night long and be 2-3 pounds lighter the next day. Not dehydrated either. I drink a ton of water before bed and throughout the night. I don't know why it is, but I always wake up lighter after drinking beer.

Well, I was going to use zombie chasing as exercise today...but since that isn't going to happen I guess I'll take a few jogs up and down the stairs instead. It's about 5 degrees outside...so no outdoor jogging for this girl.
