I have definitely hit the plateau of weight loss...it seems that I'm stuck in the 135 area and can't get away from it. That's alright though. I'll get there. I did stop recording my food in there though mainly because it takes forever and I religiously add up every calorie I take in - in my head. Skipping the food entries just saves me more time and I know for a fact that I'm not going over my calorie limit. I'm crazy good at remembering numbers.

Your down a little. A plateau is really when you stay the same weight for weeks on end. Your just getting so close to goal, that you don't have tons of fat left to lose, so it's harder to get off and may take longer. If you find the scale isn't moving, then you might want to write the foods down. You may need to be strict with your diet to get the rest of the weight off. Exercise can also been your best friend. Get active if you aren't already.
