I got fed up... I used to be a 120 lb cheerleader and now I am a 170 lb Mom... doesn't seem like I am fat... just unhappy. I started South Beach on Jan. 1st and it is the fifth and I lost 5 pounds. I also started exercising every other day. No matter what. lol Gotta do this.

High School Kid in NEED of some Breakfast
This is kinda weird but it works for me... I grab a few pieces of swiss or provolone cheese and wrap some roastbeef inside... yum... Do you like tomato juice? That helps with those juice cravings. Hope that helps ya alittle. Smile
