Today I have been dieting for 35 days and i have lost 15 pounds so far. I have however, plateaued and i'm becoming frustrated. I have added a workout to my previous exercise plan and i'm hoping to see some results this week. My Dr. told me that i have to lose the weight because of the diabetes that runs in my family. I'm not a big meat eater. I'll eat a tiny bit of ham, bacon or turkey and some venison burger but that's it. I DON'T like CHICKEN! I joined a weight loss group that some of my friends made up on Facebook but they have all stopped posting or sharing recipes. I would like some help when things get difficult. [
