Hello out there!!!
I have had limited access to a computer the last few weeks but I have been trying to get on and at least weight in.
I have been following the SB plan as close as I can but have not been working out as much as I should and boy does that matter! I have noticed my waist and figure are emerging but the fat is sticking :P lol
I have been reading and am so proud of all my FS friends and I am sorry if I was unable to comment but you are all an inspiration and I am so glad to know you all!

Today is going to be rough! I am trying to work more fruit into my diet and had a smoothie. I am really hungry right now though. Might have to head to lunch early :)
