I was in great shape until I blew my knee out in Basketball. Started working out two weeks ago and feel great know. I weight 232 and need to get to 195 to 205. I am a high activity person. I am 51 years old now.

What they do not tell you about a calorie deficient diet is that it eats all your muscle. If you are a man you well have a look of all lose skin. Read about calorie deficient dieting online. Plus for every pound of muscle you gain it will burn more calories throughout the day. High protein low complex carbs is the only way to go. General rule of thumb 1 gram of protein for every pound you are. . So, if your weight is 200 pounds you would eat 200 grams of protein. Same for the ladies as well. HCG will turn on your natural testosterone as well keep your blood sugar from spiking.

All HCG does is keep your sugar levels from spiking. You can keep them from spiking by eating every 2 to 2 and half hours. You can buy HCG online and do it yourself.
