My body's starting to go into starvation mode. The past few days I have been stuck in a vicious cycle. I couldn't sleep so I started taking those sleeping pills which worked great!! Except next day I was so exhausted and drank a ton of coffee which made me nauseous. Which in turn made me not eat my whole days food. And at night I'm so tired, I feel like I need a good sleep so I take the pills again and repeat.
No more pills though. And I must eat everything. Also no more weighing myself every day. I will weigh myself once a week. That's it! AND no more soda. Too many goals?

Since I started my weight loss, my BMI went down from 36.13 to 32.06. SWEET. I'm still in the danger zone but it's still going down :D
WAY too much studying to do this weekend. Which means not a lot of activity. I'll just have to go to the gym.. and not procrastinate like I did today. and yesterday. and the day before. oh shit.

Longest. Day. Ever. I'm too exhausted to even weigh myself today. AND I cheated by eating a small piece of cake (plus a larger piece :S ) But it was to celebrate me finally getting into a class I've been trying to get into for over a month now. And I got to examine some pretty cool invertebrates.
Gym tomorrow. No excuses. Must do cardio for 30+ minutes. But for now... I need to sleeeeep

Classes really are making a difference!! I guess running from class to class and writing notes all day really burns calories.
Have to cancel gym tomorrow.. School thing came up :/ Heck I don't even know if I'll have time to eat tomorrow. I should rename this the 'stress diet' lol
