Went to Synergy class today with Jennifer-1 hour of stretches and toning. I went shopping afterward and tried on a size 12P-they fit!!!! Also did the treadmill for 25min-ran for 2mins. Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels!!

Lots of off plan eating this week while on vacation. At least I was mindful of what I was eating, making good choices most of the time. While camping, I ate lowfat hotdog and wheat bun with light Pringles and only 1 s'more. (I did have a Margarita by the fire too) At restaurants I ate smaller portions and drank water. I snacked on almonds, apples, and frozen grapes.
