Well I screwed up my food diary. The date changed while I was entering my foods for today, so then I had a couple of days...yesterday and Thurs with no entries. Yesterday should have been empty because I was entering it now. Thursday was missing because I didn't enter for that day yet. But it all moved forward by a day and I put what I thought was right down for Wed but it was really the day before. Anyway it's all screwed up. Now it will look like I ate twice what I will actually have on Sunday because everything from yesterday is on there too. Oh, well. I will have to deal with it.

I over slept this morning and had to skip breakfast. I am headed to bed earlier tonight because I am tired. Plus I have too much fresh yummy food in my fridge I done't want going bad...no more skipping meals (if I can help it).

Did really well yesterday. Recording my foods in my food diary is going to really help keep me on track I'm sure. I stayed well below my max carb intake yesterday. Seeing the numbers on the screen instead of just guestimating is going to make a huge difference! Yay me!

I am starting all over with the induction phase today. I am going to limit my splenda intake and add clear soup to my diet. Plus I am going to make sure to get 2/3 of my carbs from foundation veggies. I also hope to fit in some exercise now that my workout room is air conditioned. Wish me luck!
