Feeling pretty good. I am back on track and more motivated than ever. Im trying to realize that I can eat whatever I want as long as I control the portion sizes. :)
Also discovered that Hungry Jack sugar free syrup tastes good and is only 20 calories per serving!!! I can say YES to french toast.

Went to bed @ 7pm. Got a cold and i feel icky. Got me some med with vitamin C. Doing pretty good on the calorie counting but havent been to the gym since Tueday.

I haven't gotten anywhere with this. I cant stay focused and on track.
I cant figure out how many calories I actually need to not go into starvation mode but not so many that I am going to just maintain my same weight.
I am at a loss here....
