Haven't done too well this last week so I'm starting a "new" day!! Trying to stay positive because I lost 0.5 lbs. and I need to measure my inches today but I know I've lost some. Got to stick with it so I'll be back here later for some recipies.

Didn't eat one bite of Halloween Candy....it was the cake that got me!!!

Saterday and my kids birthday party today..trying to be good!!!! Does having a few beers count as my cheat meal? I guess I'll find out when I weigh in. I went out to dinner last night but I ate well so I guess pizza tonight wouldnt be tooo bad. The beers were later. Why do I feel guilty when I'm allowed to cheat? Maybe beacause I skipped my workout to babysit my nephews and clean my house yesterday. Anyway I'm just throwing thoughts out there today because there is still so much to do. Got to run....
