Confection*** at start of my diet on May 12.12 my weight was really 227 plus pounds. I wanted to get down to 220lb. I needed to make much change, in not only my eating habits but my exersice habit along with some much needed lifestyle changes. Now today June 12,12 I CAN DO It. I no longer have to be over-weight. I am so proud i have lost 6 pounds this month.**** I pray i have the will-power to keep it off while loosing more and more weight. Happy Happy Me***************
