I actually started this as a New Years Resolution.... Surprise! Surprise! Since the beginning of 2012 I have lost 3 lbs. Which I would be happy about except for it's the same 3 lbs I lost before I just found it at Christmas. :o) So I am starting at my before Christmas weight and am looking to lose about 40 lbs by next year. I know I can do this I just have to get it done. My inspirational quote for this week is..." We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit." ~ Aristotle. Maybe that will help some of you too!
