I have been drinking my glasses of water with pink salt... just not recording every glass.
I am also having several cups of hot tea each day.... my treat.
Continuing my supplements as well.

Just walked a little bit today with Sophie, my English Setter, and John. Fell/broke through some ice Friday on my big walk. Twisted my ankle. Thought nothing of it. Yesterday...a bit of a twinge felt. Today...swollen ankle and throbbing. Not recording any exercise today.
Day two of supplements.
Drank all my glasses of water with pink salt and room temperature.

Breakfast: 2 eggs, 2 slices of bacon, 1 biscuit made from scratch
mug of tea
20 ounces of water
Lunch: roast beef with sauerkraut on rye bread sandwich
small serving of potato salad
16 ounces of water
Supper: baked chicken, spoon full of mashed potatoes, cauliflower with cheese
dessert: apple puff pastry from Caminos
mug of green tea
