2 things keeping me from going to gym. Extra hours at office and a sore left ankle. It has been a month I went to gym. Good thing is that I am not gaining weight and managing to eat responsibly.
Wish I could go back to my gym routine soon.

BUSY BUSY BUSY
Going hell busy this week. Such an eventful week this has been... interviews, presentations, deadlines, family matters, parties - all converge into this week only.
Glad I am on track of eating sensible and working out somewhat regularly. But can't find enough time spare to keep the food and exercise journal updated :(

Hopeful day.
After gaining 2 kgs inexplicably, today I found that I lost all of that extra weight. Surprisingly I did not go to gym since last wednesday, mostly because of strained ankle. Things seems to be back on track. Sigh of relief.
